For the price we paid, our stay at Jk Capsule was amazing. The room was clean and the capsule experience was fun and exciting. The location was great, with a mall nearby for shopping and plenty of food options. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety would be nice.

One of the bathrooms had a strong smell. No special price offered as a regular customer.

The capsules were cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a thick comforter that kept me warm throughout the night. The location of the hostel was perfect, right next to a shopping mall, making it convenient for exploring and grabbing any necessities. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff, who were always available to assist with any requests.
The lack of social atmosphere in the hostel, as the capsules were quite isolated and people seemed to prefer keeping to themselves. there was a bit of confusion regarding the common areas, as some individuals who might have been staff or guests would occupy the reception area, making it feel a little awkward for others.

Convenient location, close to shopping malls and various dining options. Clean and comfortable capsule beds. Free laundry service
Lack of soundproofing in the capsules, resulting in noise from other guests. Limited variety of food options for breakfast, may run out quickly.

Value for money was excellent, with a comfy bed and friendly staff. The facilities provided, like the free laundry and iron, were a nice added bonus. The unique capsule concept was quiet and comfortable, unlike the noisy shared rooms in traditional hostels. The strategic location was also a plus.
Breakfast option could have been more varied.
